Unlike most peers, the management team receives variable compensation only when fund performance exceeds the benchmark (delivering alpha). This variable compensation is entirely reinvested in Estela Global Equities.

A success fee has been implemented on positive results, which will only be charged in those years when the fund’s net asset value exceeds any previously achieved NAV at the close of the preceding five years – "High-Water Mark".
